Financial Managers
At various times, we have been appointed financial managers or monitoring accountants by lending institutions to act on their behalf in relation to funds disbursed by the lenders.
These assignments usually involve us in ensuring that borrowers utilise and account for funds in accordance with financial and profit forecasts approved by the lending institutions. This has enabled may companies with cashflow problems to be rehabilitated without the lending institutions having to appoint receivers and managers.
